Alstom Open de France

Darren played in the Alstom Open de France at Le Golf National on the outskirts of Paris, where he shot a disappointing 75 in the first round but he followed that up with 69 in round two. Unfortunately he missed the halfway cut by just one shot which fell at one over par.

The winner of the event was Spain's Miguel Angel Jimenez who claimed victory after a sudden-death play-off at the first extra hole from Francesco Molinari and Alejandro Canizares.

Darren's next event is the JP McManus Pro-Am in Ireland on Monday and Tuesday and then the Barclays Scottish Open at Loch Lomond which begins on Thursday.
