Darren played in the Castello Masters Costa Azahar near Valencia and finished in a tie for 8th position after four solid rounds of 68, 70, 67 and 65 leaving him on a four round total of 270 on fourteen under par. Sweden's Michael Jonzon claimed the title with a birdie at the final hole to finish at twenty under par.

Darren has now moved into 59th position in The Race To Dubai and he will be looking to cement his position in the top 60 next week when he plays in the Barclays Singapore Open at Sentosa Golf Club.
